Pre-Lei Away Diplomàtico Tasting

Join us for a night of tasting and learning about Diplomático Rum.  This will include six different expressions as a brand representative walks through the roles that the various still types play in the outcome of these different rums.  Diplomático is a Venezuelan rum that utilizes both traditional methods and innovative practices to create a diverse, flavorful and complex rum.  During this event, we will be learning a little about the history of rum, the history of Diplomático, and the story of the six rums we will be trying together.  Diplomático is a blend of three different types of distillation stills, and those all impart unique organoleptic properties to the different rums.  Trying these different rums will help to unlock a richer understanding of the rum itself, as well as grow your knowledge of the category and allow you to try some truly great rums.
